Abstracts focusing on all the major aspects of water, sanitation and hygiene for global health including in the fields of basic science & research, public health, community programmes, policy and governance, humanitarian relief and emergencies... of these NTDs will be considered. Papers describing work in progress are eligible.
Presentations & discussions at ISNTD Water will centre around – but not exclusively - the following themes:
Impact, equity and challenges of water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH) programmes for NTDs and public health
New & Emerging Technologies for water & sanitation (including mapping & GIS technologies)
Financing infrastructure development in resource-poor settings
Role of private sector in water and sanitation
Water-related emergencies & outbreaks (including cholera)
Deadline for abstracts is Friday October 30th 2017.
Poster display Selected abstracts will be displayed as a poster – size A1. Oral presentations are not required.
The posters will be on display during the entire course of the conference, in high visibility networking areas. The authors will be given a special badge and are expected to be available for Q&A about their research throughout the day as well as actively engage with all delegates, speakers and panelists in order to further their research interests and derive tangible outcomes from the day.
In addition, the selected abstracts will be included in the print and on-line editions of the ISNTD Water Conference Handbook which will be distributed to conference delegates but also internationally to our members, partners and networks.
Submission We look forward to receiving your Abstract Submission Form by October 30th 2017. Forms can be downloaded on this webpage or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions must be emailed as a text file (MS Word or other) to email@example.com.

The display cost for selected posters is £250. There is no fee for submitting an abstract.
Certificates Certificates will be available to attest of the authors' participation in the conference.
